INFORMATION TO CONTRIBUTORS

Research papers are invited in any of the Broad Subject areas

There will be a review panel, constituted for each subject area (Code: 01-12) for scrutinising the submitted papers, who will decide whether the papers can be accepted for the presentation or rejected, based on the score obtained in the evaluation process. However, contributors may have to specify their choice for presenting the papers in oral or poster presentation.

Selection of accepted papers for oral/poster presentation also depends on the decision of the reviewers based on the score obtained during the evaluation. Papers with higher scores will be chosen for oral presentation.

First author of every paper has to register himself/herself by paying the registration fee at the time of paper submission. Only the first author of the paper is allowed to upload the paper in the science congress. Co-authors need not upload the papers; they can register through the provision “Participation Only”.

Duplicate registration is not allowed

An author can submit only one paper as first author but can be a co-author to maximum of five paper submissions.

An author can make only one oral presentation in the Science Congress, even though he/she may be the co-author of other papers.

A valid Email ID & Mobile Number are essential for messaging and approving the registration.

Digital copy of recent stamp size photograph (150 width x 200 height Pixels with maximum 50 kb size) of the person registering online has to be uploaded.

The category in which the contributions made has to be indicated in the registration form and no subsequent change is possible.

In all cases, the decision of the organizers of KSC will be final.

Individual registration for participation only can be done by paying the prescribed Registration fee.

Registration fee – Rs. 3000/-

Accommodation – The delegate can opt for hotels in KSCSTE subsidized rate listed in the website. The delegate has to pay for their accommodation.

Language:

The language of Kerala Science Congress is English. All paper submissions should be made in English only. However, the contributors are free to present their paper in English or in the State’s official language, Malayalam.

Last Date for Submission of Papers is 10th January 2024
